Cancellation and Payment Conditions

• Book Now, Pay Later" rate: You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge until 3pm, two days before your arrival date. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged for the first night. In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment will be made at check-in. After the end of the free cancellation period, the hotel may request full payment of the reservation by bank transfer.

• "Non-refundable but flexible" rate: You can change your booking free of charge up to 3pm, two days before arrival, with the possibility of rescheduling your stay until the end of the year. In the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment will be made when the reservation is confirmed. The hotel will request full payment via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel.

Municipal Tourist Tax

The municipal tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid directly at the hotel.

• M'AR De AR Muralhas and M'AR De AR Aqueduto: €1.50 per person/night (up to 3 nights).
• M'AR De AR Áuria: €4.00 per person/night (up to 7 nights).

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Children and Extra Beds Policy

• Children up to 4 years old: Free accommodation in a crib.

• Children aged 5 to 12: Accommodation in an extra bed, breakfast included.

• Children from 13 years old and adults: Accommodation in an extra bed, breakfast included.

The availability of cribs and extra beds is subject to confirmation by the hotel.

• Extra charges: Any extra charges during your stay must be paid for by the time you check out.
