Chef Tiago Moreno
The Chef
Born in São Marcos do Campo, a picturesque village on the banks of the Alqueva, Tiago Moreno graduated from the Escola Profissional do Alentejo (EPRAL).
After professional experiences in the Algarve, he returned to the Alentejo, where he has been working under the guidance of Chef António Nobre for over 16 years. Along the way, he has become one of his main collaborators and is responsible for the Degust'AR kitchen. With creativity and dynamism, he brings to life a cuisine that reinvents regional flavors, bringing them a contemporary and innovative approach, without ever losing the authenticity and essence of Alentejo tradition.
