Located on the ground floor, facing the garden and the swimming pool, “Sabores do Alentejo” Restaurant has the signature of Chef António Nobre. The menu shows an innovative Alentejo cuisine, linked to local products in a delicious and surprising way.
In good weather days, the porch overlooking the pool is the most inviting place for any meal.
Schedule
Open for lunch from 12:30 to 15:00, and for dinner from 19:30 to 22:30.
Breakfast is also served in this restaurant between 7:00 and 10:30, Monday through Friday,
and on Saturdays and Sunday from 7:30 to 11:00.
