The Degust’AR Lisboa Restaurant was born out of an old desire to bring the best of Alentejo cuisine to the capital. After several years of experience in Évora, the M'AR De AR Hotels group has realized its will and the result is in sight: Alentejo has arrived in Lisbon!

The Degust’AR Lisboa restaurant has 80 seats ready to receive lunch and dinner meals and it will be through the skillful hands of Chef António Nobre that Alentejo flavors arrive in Lisbon. Responsible for the kitchens of the M'AR de AR Hotels in Évora, named Degust'AR, Degust’AR Bistro and Sabores do Alentejo restaurants, Chef Nobre transports the concept of Mediterranean food where Alentejo cuisine predominates, combining innovation with tradition. All the menus are prepared with products from the land: the Degust’AR Lisboa Restaurant will follow its original line, preserving an authentic gastronomy and remaining true to its origins.
